I'm Jess

But you already know that...

Over the last 10 years I've worked in-house in non-profit, regulated, and utility industries. I was responsible for customer communications and engagement at Pennon Group Plc. I managed advertising campaigns across tv, radio, print, and digital. In that time, I transformed the education and community strategy for South West Water and Bournemouth Water. Now, I'm a freelancer!

I'm a creative. I'm passionate about behavioural transformation programmes. I'm a full-stack communications expert... that's a fancy way of saying, I'm pretty good at all things comms; coming up with creative and strategic initiatives, designing visual identities, creating and managing multi-channel campaigns etc. This website gives a glimpse into some of the projects I've worked on in my career. But as always, there's plenty more to see.
